We were a walking in customer, we were greeted and introduced to Jessica. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was very knowledgeable. A deal was done in a professional manner. On collecting the car again her knowledge was excellent. We were very impressed with Audi Windsor and all the staff we met. We would recommend Audi Windsor.

Great experience with my most recent purchase at Audi Windsor! Jessica was very helpful and always had the cars freshly washed and waiting for me when I arrived to test drive. I appreciated her attention to detail and her respect for my time. Jeremy was very professional and accommodated a last minute change I had requested. Would not hesitate to recommend them, and I will be back!

Given my experience at Audi Windsor today, I would have to give them an 11/10. Very impressive. Every single person that walked by said good morning with a smile and offered everything from an espresso... to look at the new vehicles in the showroom... and even arranged for a ride to and from work while some unexpected service had to be completed. I used to go wherever it was convenient for service close to home, but I was reminded today the value of driving a little bit further for the very best! Highly recommended.

The worst dealership experience so far (and we visited all the ones in Toronto). The sales person never asked us what we're looking for in a deal. The trade-in value that we were offered on our current vehicle was way lower than anything we got in Toronto, they justified it with a comparison table of similar listings. However when we tried to find these listings we couldn't or the prices were different. They also said that they can't offer discounts on the vehicle price or warranty - in any Toronto dealership both these items are an option. Not worth the time.

After a small issue with my car, Isaac in service got me in for a quick scan, even got to talk with the technician. Both were super helpful. Then I dealt with Daniel in Sales and he could not have been any more responsive, helpful, and overall a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend these individuals and this dealership.
